276 Business Park will have two buildings in our initial phase.  At this early stage we have flexibility on size and layout.  Each space will have an office with HVAC, roll up doors, and insulated warehouse space.  There is flexibility to customize your space according to your specific needs.  We can accommodate sizes between 7,400 SQ FT to 2,466 SQ FT.
